Black Sheep Brewery even though the Black Sheep Brewery is only 14 years old it is a name synonymous with all those who enjoy a drop of real ale.

Allendale Brew Co Ltd is based in Allendale, South West Northumberland. They brewed their first batch of beer on St. Valentine's Day, 14th of February 2006. This was the first commercial brewing of beer in Allendale since the closure of the original Allendale Brewery in 1887. They offer five ales ranging from a 3.8% ABV session beer to a 5.5% ABV full-bodied beer.

Tirril Brewery Limited offer five ales ranging from a 3.8% ABV Brewsher's Best Bitter to a 4.2% ABV Academy Ale.

Sustrans - is the UK's leading sustainable transport charity. The charity was founded in 1977, by a group of people in Bristol keen to work towards a future in which people travel in ways that benefit their health and our environment. The first route was Completed in 1984 a 17-mile traffic-free trail along a disused Bristol & Bath railway. By 2005 a network of 10,000 miles was reached.  

C2C Guide - the site is a resource centre for the C2C cycle route in the North of England, primarily to help and advise newcomers to the route, but also as a reminder to the many 'veterans' of the route exactly what it is about the C2C that makes it so enjoyable.
