On Friday February 26th 1988 we moved from Ashford (Middlesex) 300 miles north to Nenthead to run the Miners Arms. It has to be said it was quite a brave move as there was very little experience of working in a pub (let alone running one) in the Clark family. However on the 23rd February 2008 we had a party to celebrate 20 years as hosts at the Miners Arms.
